Wokita has adopted security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under their control. Wokita uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to ensure the privacy of the information divulged to Wokita and whenever the client’s debit/credit card details are transmitted unencrypted over the Internet. In order to further protect the client’s information Wokita have a comprehensive security system that includes the use of world class firewall technology, logical network segmentation to allow restricted access to stored profile information and logical and physical security restrictions on our databases and systems. SSL encryption is used to protect sensitive online information. Wokita also do everything in their power to protect the client’s information off-line. All client information is restricted in Wokita offices and only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices with regular quarterly updates or whenever new policies are added. Wokita is a partner of Verisign, authority of certification, world leader in the field.

SHARING INFORMATION

We store your information as long as we need to in order to fulfil our legal obligations or to keep you informed about our products. We use your data to create generic data, which we then use for market and commercial analysis. This generic data does not identify you personally.

Data is shared with :

b)our bank and
c)third parties supplying services you have requested.

We may disclose your data to booking agents and hotels who will use it in the ways described above in this privacy statement. We will only provide the information necessary to ensure the successful completion of your travel arrangements. This information will usually only entail the client’s name and, when under 18’s are concerned, the age. You should be aware that hotels may not be subject to data protection laws.
Except in the cases of data sharing described above, Wokita is committed not to share your personal data with anybody else without your expressed authorization as a customer, with the exception of cases in which we are required to so by law.

Log Files
Wokita uses IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server and to analyse trends/administer the site/track users’ movements for our internal site traffic statistics.

Wokita uses cookies to monitor those parts of the site that are most interesting to clients - a cookie is a type of data stored on your hard drive and usage is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information whilst on our site.
